A Lisa’s Legacy Ambassador is someone who keeps grief bags on hand and is ready to share them when an opportunity arises to support a grieving person or family.
Ambassadors are people with empathy for those who are hurting and a desire to help in a practical, meaningful way.
How the Program Works
Each ambassador keeps two Lisa’s Legacy bags at home so they are ready when needed.

The children's bag includes items that can support a range of ages, and the ambassador may choose which items are most appropriate for the child or children receiving the bag.
Sometimes a bag may be given right away. Other times, an ambassador may keep a bag for weeks, months, or even longer before the right moment comes. That is okay. The goal is simply to be ready when someone needs comfort, support, and compassionate connection.

Within the first two months, Lisa's Legacy had ambassadors in Washington, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Tennessee, Arizona, and South Carolina.
Today, the ambassador program continues to reflect the desire of compassionate people to support grieving individuals and families in meaningful ways.
